Warm Up:
5-10 minute moderate jog

Stretch and Myofacial Release:
5 -10 minute stretch and roll

Core Set:
PLank hold for 1 minute
Back Extensions: 15 reps
Crunch: 25 reps
Repeat for a total of 3 sets

Cardio and Plyo Set:
Jumping Jacks for 30 seconds
Floor sprints for 30 seconds
Zombie kicks for 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
Repeat for a total of 3 sets

Resistance Set:
Push-ups : 15 reps
Squats: 15 reps
bicep curls: 15 reps
Tricep Kickbacks: 15 reps
Upright Row: 15 reps
Rest 1 minute
Repeat for a total of 3 sets

Repeat Cardio and Plyo Set

Repeat Core set for cool down

Stretch and Myofacial release: 5-10 minutes
